OVEN: Preheat oven to 180ºC. Place the frozen pieces on an oven tray lined with baking paper and put into the oven. Bake with the oven fan to cook evenly with heat from above and below. Place the tray in one of the middle slots and bake for 14-16 minutes approximately. Turn over halfway through.
FRYER: No need to defrost. Fry in a generous amount of very hot oil (180ºC) for approximately 3 minutes until golden brown.
