OVEN: Preheat oven to 210ºC with the fan on for 10 minutes. Place the frozen product on a tray in one of the middle slots and bake for approximately 20 minutes at 210ºC.
FRYER: No need to defrost. Fry in a generous amount of very hot oil (180ºC) for 4 to 5 minutes until golden brown.
