OVEN: Preheat oven to 200ºC. Place the frozen fillet on an oven tray lined with baking paper and put into the oven. Bake in the middle of the oven, without the fan, for 13-14 minutes approximately.
FRYER: No need to defrost. Fry in a generous amount of oil (160-170ºC) for 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown.
