OVEN: 1. Preheat oven to 210ºC for 10 minutes. Use the fan option to heat from above and below. 2. Place the frozen product on an oven tray lined with baking paper and put it in the oven. 3. Cook for 11-12 minutes at 210ºC. 4. Remove from the oven and eat while still hot.
FRYER: No need to defrost. Fry in very hot oil (180ºC) for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown.
