GRIDDLE: Defrost the product. Fry in a pan with oil for 1-1.5 minutes.
FRYER: Floured or coated: Defrost the product. Dust or coat with flour. Fry in abundant and very hot oil (180ºC) for 1-2 min until the product starts to brown. Remove from oil and drain excess oil.
COOKING: cook in a wok or in stews or paellas to taste for no more than 2 minutes.
