DEEP FRYER: No need to defrost. Fry in plenty of hot oil (180°C) for approximately 3 minutes, until golden brown, then drain off any excess oil after frying.
OVEN: Preheat the oven to 210°C for 10 minutes. Place the pieces, without defrosting them, on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake using top and bottom heat with the fan on. Place the tray in the middle of the oven for approximately 15 minutes. Turn them over halfway through cooking.
