OVEN: Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Place the product, without defrosting, on the baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake with heat from above and below with the fan on. Place the tray in the middle of the oven for approximately 12-14 minutes.
DEEP FRYING: Fry in plenty of hot oil (180ºC) for approximately 2-3 minutes, until golden brown.
