GRIDDLE: Defrost the product. Cook on a griddle for 2 minutes.
FRYER: Floured or battered: Defrost the product. Dust or coat with flour. Fry in abundant and very hot oil (180ºC) for 1-2 min until the product starts to brown. Remove from the oil and drain excess oil.
COOKING: cook to taste in a wok or in stews or paellas for no more than 2 minutes.
