OVEN: Preheat the oven to 210ºC with a fan for 10 minutes. Place the frozen product halfway up on a tray lined with parchment paper and leave it at 210ºC for 9-11 minutes.
FRYER: No need to defrost. Fry in abundant very hot oil (180 ºC) for approximately 3-4 minutes until they are browned.
